How to And Where to Collect Your SASSA Grant Payments?
If you have applied for the SASSA grant, then you are likely aware that there are two methods for receiving your grant payments, as specified during the application process. One method is to receive grants via a Bank Account, and the other method is to collect cash payments.
Bank Account Method:
If you selected your preferred payment method as the Bank Account at the time of applying, then the grant payments will be directly deposited to your bank account.
Once your payment date arrives and it is processed, the payment will usually take 3 to 5 days to appear in your bank account. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank and any public holidays.

SASSA Grant Amounts Increase in October 2024
The monthly amounts for some SASSA social grants were increased in October 2024. Currently, they stand as follows:
