      Please contact SASSA helpline at 0800 60 10 11. Explain them that your phone number has been changed by someone else and you want it to change it to your own number again. They will ask you for your identity documents, and after the verification that they are talking with the real grant holder, they will guide you on the steps or change the phone number for you.

    Recently I was done with my matric and wanted to apply for the srd 350 grant ,but found I was already registered. No one in my family has done it so I don’t know who did it.i phoned the help line and the said they would change my phone number so I could apply but 3 weeks have passed and I have gotten no response since.what do I do

      To solve your matter quickly, you need call them again and ask them if you need to visit to do the update quickly. They will probably guide you further if you need to visit the office or they will update themselves.
