Step 1: Check your Network Connection or Internet

Step 2: Install the Application

Once you confirm, download it from the App Store if you have an iOS or Play Store if you are using an Android device.

Step 3: Register or Log in to the Mobile Banking Application

After that, you will have to create an account on the banking app or sign in if you already have an account. In this stage, you will need to provide your personal information and your SASSA card details. Please remember your username and password, as you will need them when logging in.

Step 4: Connect the SASSA Card with the App

After logging in to your account, you will be required to link your mobile app with your SASSA card. For this, you can search for “Card Management” or “Linked Accounts” from the search bar in the application. Once you find the option, you will need to enter your SASSA card number, CVV number, and expiry date of the card. Depending on your banking application, they may also ask for additional details.

Step 6: Choose the amount for the Airtime Package
